“We Hate Computers!”
More precisely, we hate computers that don’t work. That’s why we’ve spent the last 25 years in the trenches: up all night in freezing cold server rooms, on-call 24 hours a day for Fortune 500 companies, keeping thousands of computer users and their company websites online. And, in our off-time (ha, ha) helping our neighbors learn how to open jpeg files on their emails. The two aren’t as different as you’d think.
We started to realize, whether working with a CEO or the nice guy next door, who’s just learning what a firewall is and why he needs it, when computers go down, people need good help. Personal help. Reliable help. Affordable help.
