Where Are You?
Because of our Remote Access Software, we’re essentially everywhere you are. We can log on to your computers (with your permission, of course) from any offsite location to diagnose problems anytime you need us. We also offer onsite assistance and a drop-off location in the greater Raleigh/Durham area.
Will This Be Expensive?
When we first meet, the initial diagnostic is FREE*. .During that time, we can offer you options based on your needs and budget. And since we can access your computer from anywhere, we can do it faster and cheaper than most.
